Job Title: Senior Financial Executive 

Job description:

1.         To be responsible for all the data entries of both companies in the accounting system;

2.         To prepare and release to Finance Manager on time the monthly and yearly PRC report, other data including AP, AR, Analysis Report, Cost and Inventory, and other report that is required by Finance Manager

3.         To document all the amendments/adjustments done on company book keeping;

4.         Bank reconciliation and prepare payments transfer orders.

5.         Monthly, quarterly and yearly group reconciliation (inter-companies).

6.         To review with Finance Manager on regular basis debtors and creditors, and process the payment both locals and overseas;

7.         To be the main link with the tax bureau and to prepare and release to the related government authorities all the required reports (Annual inspection, taxes, statistic reports, etc…)

8.         To follow up on the new regulation related to accounting

Job requirement：

1.         Diploma degree or above, major in accounting or related field;

2.         Accountant certificate is a must;

3.         At least 5 years working experience in a foreign invested manufacturing company;

4.         With experience in cost calculation and at least 2 year annual closing working experience;

5.         Familiar with AR / AP / inventory / fixed assets /costing / GL

6.         Good knowledge of excel;

7.         Experience with Kingdee and JDEdwards system is a plus;

8.         Good language skills, both written and oral in English;

9.         Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ? Good learning ability, responsible and motivated;

10.     Able to work in team as well as independently.
